TASK 1 - PERSONAL ANALYSIS

A) Characteristics
I would say I am reliable as I tend to finish work on deadlines; this is shown in my UNIT 17 group work where we set deadlines for ourselves to make sure we get all of the written work done on time before the filming began.
Additionally, I would say I am good at time management and leadership as in UNIT 17 I directed the main deadlines associated with the filming and writing aspects.
I would also say I am a good team player as I have developed and managed full set-up tournaments with prizepools making sure it all ran smoothly alongside 4 other people in the management team.
